We bieden op dit moment geen restituties of ruilingen voor artikelen in de uitverkoop.
Neem voor breuken en omruilverzoeken binnen 72 uur na ontvangst van uw pakket contact met ons op via de contactpagina, zodat we het probleem kunnen evalueren en het recht kunnen zetten.
Uitzonderingen / niet-retourneerbare artikelen
Oorbellen kunnen vanwege hygiënische redenen helaas niet geretourneerd of geruild worden.
Gepersonaliseerde sieraden kunnen helaas niet geretourneerd of geruild worden.
De overige artikelen kun je alleen retourneren als het artikel onbeschadigd en ongedragen is.
Annuleringen
Houd er rekening mee dat als u uw Gembii-bestelling wilt annuleren nadat deze is geplaatst, u 10 EUR annuleringskosten moet betalen.

Houd er rekening mee dat de verzendkosten van het omruilen voor de klant zijn.
We bieden op dit moment geen terugbetalingen of omruilingen aan voor uitverkoopartikelen.
