For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

Personalized jewelry unfortunately can not be returned or exchanged.

You can only return the other items if the item is undamaged and unworn.

Under € 70 shipping is € 8,95

Shipping for the rest of EU:

Free shipping over € 200 (up to 30kg)

Under € 200 shipping is € 19,95

International Shipping

0kg - 5kg = € 50,00 EUR

5kg - 10kg = € 150,00 EUR

10kg - 15kg = € 250,00 EUR

International customers (outside of the netherlands) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
