Returns & Exchanges 

All items purchased from Gembii are carefully selected with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 


We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

Personalized jewelry unfortunately can not be returned or exchanged.

You can only return the other items if the item is undamaged and unworn.



Please note if you wish to cancel your Gembii order after it has been placed you will incur a 10 EUR cancellation fee.
